Booking & cancellation policy
Booking
You can book online at https://www.jtnails.nl/book. You will receive an email once your appointment is confirmed.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. You can reply to your confirmation email or message us directly.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the treatment or reschedule it, as later clients are waiting.
No-shows
If you do not turn up and have not let us know, we may ask for a deposit before your next booking.
If we have to cancel
If we ever need to cancel, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you the next available time.
