Buying a gift card
Gift cards can be bought online at https://www.jtnails.nl/gift-cards or in the salon. Each card has a unique code and a value in euros.
Using a gift card
Mention the code when you book, or show it when you arrive. A gift card can be used for any treatment. If your treatment costs less than the card's value, the remaining balance stays on the card for a future visit.
Validity
Gift cards are valid until the date shown on the card. Where no date is shown, the card remains valid for the period stated at purchase.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
Gift cards bought online can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the card has not been used. Email contact@jtnails.nl to arrange this. Once a card has been used, in whole or in part, it can no longer be refunded.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen cards
Please keep your code safe. Contact us at contact@jtnails.nl if you think it has been misused, and we will do what we can to help.
