What we collect
When you book an appointment we ask for your name, and an email address and/or phone number. If you buy a gift card online we also process your name, email address, the recipient's details and the payment status. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
We also collect basic analytics about how the website is used (see our cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment
- To send you your gift card and its receipt
- To keep our own records as required by Dutch tax law
- To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it
Legal basis
We process booking data to perform our agreement with you. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent. Some records are kept because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
- Our booking and website hosting providers
- Our email provider, to send you confirmations
- Our payment provider, to take gift card payments
- Analytics providers, only if you consent
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for our administration and to meet legal retention periods. You may ask us to delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email contact@jtnails.nl and we will respond as soon as we can. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
