About these terms
These terms apply to the website https://www.jtnails.nl and to treatments provided by JT Nails, Pa Verkuijllaan 9-11, 1171EA Badhoevedorp, NL.
Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us by email. We may decline or propose another time if the requested slot is no longer available.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT. Some treatments are quoted as a range because the final price depends on nail length, condition and design. We will always tell you the price before we start.
Payment
Treatments are paid in the salon unless agreed otherwise. Gift cards can be purchased online through our payment provider.
Your responsibilities
Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or any medical condition that could affect the treatment. Arrive with clean nails and let us know in advance if you are running late.
Our responsibilities
We provide our services with care and skill. If you are not happy with a treatment, tell us within 48 hours and we will do our best to put it right.
Liability
Except where the law says otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment concerned.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
